  俄罗斯国家爱乐乐团(NPR)由俄罗斯文化部根据俄罗斯联邦总统弗拉基米尔·普京(Vladimir Putin)的委托于2003年1月成立。乐团团结了顶尖音乐家和才华横溢的青年指挥。在其活动的十二年中,NPR已成功成为俄罗斯最好的交响乐团之一,并赢得了观众的赞赏和专业人士的认可。      
  The National Philharmonic orchestra of Russia (NPR) was founded in January 2003 by the Ministry of Culture as commissioned by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The Orchestra united top orchestra musicians and gifted youth. During the twelve years of its activities, the NPR has succeeded in becoming one of the best symphonic orchestras of Russia and in gaining admiration from the audience and recognition from the professionals.

1879年10月26日,爱德华.拉罗的《挪威狂想曲》(Rhapsodie Noevegienne)没有获得如其《西班牙交响曲》那样的反响。


法国作曲家和小提琴家爱德华·拉罗(Edouard Lalo 1823-1892)1823年1月27日生于利尔一个西班牙血统的小官员家庭,童年时代他有幸从利尔音乐学院的小提琴教师和当地一位曾在贝多芬指挥的乐队中演奏过的大提琴师那里,接受过演奏弦乐器的严格训练,因此他最初的爱好首先是室内乐。拉罗渴望以音乐为专业的愿望得不到他父亲的谅解,在十六岁时(1839年)便毅然从家里出走,到巴黎进音乐学院学习作曲,但为期不长。

拉罗的这一段生活很少为人所知,甚至连学院的档案也记载不详,只知道在二十岁到二十五岁时,他的主要兴趣依然是室内乐,他写过重奏曲和客厅风格歌曲,但不成功。很长时间他只靠教课和在1853年创建的阿米戈一雅卡尔(Armingaud-Jacquard)四重奏团拉小提琴或中提琴过活。

1867年,在经过十年光景的创作停顿之后,拉罗根据席勒的主题着手为参加比赛而写作歌剧《费斯柯》,但既未获奖也没有得到演出的机会,只是后来作者曾利用其中一些素材改写出其他作品。若干年后,拉罗转而创作器乐作品,效果就大不一样,他的《嬉游曲》(1872年)、《西班牙》交响曲(1873年)和其他几首小提琴协奏曲、《挪威》狂想曲(1881年)和《g小调交响曲》(1885-1886年)等,都受到听众由衷的欢迎。与此同时,拉罗还是没有放弃写作歌剧,他的新歌剧《伊斯城王》从1875年开始一直到1887年共历时十三年方始完成,这部作品经历过慢长的坎坷岁月,到1888年演出成功并得奖时,拉罗已满六十五岁,离死期也已不远了。他的最后一部未完成的歌剧《扎克雷农民起义》后来由法国作曲家科卡尔(A. Coquard,1846-1910)续写完成。

普法战争激起的热情,促使以圣-桑等人为首的一些爱国作曲家,在1871年组织起旨在复兴法国本民族音乐文化的法国民族音乐协会,拉罗同弗兰克、吉罗(E.Guiraud,1837-1892)、杜布依斯(T.Dubois, 1837-1924)和福莱等,都是当时的协会委员。拉罗为法国音乐添加了圣一桑所缺少的热情气质,还有同精致与巧技相结合的节奏活力,以及法国人性格中在表达感情方面所固有反应迅速而清晰的特点,此外便是对异国情调的一股压抑不住的倾心和对诗意想象的强到意向。如果说,法国作曲家达维德(F.C.David, 1810-1876)在1844年,即在李斯特开始创作他那一系列交响诗之前,便在他的交响颂歌《荒漠》中把东方情调引入法国音乐厅的话,那么,拉罗则更有信心地发展这种异国趣味,使之成为后来法国音乐最显著的特征之一。他的《西班牙》交响曲、《挪威》狂想曲、《娜威》幻想曲、《俄罗斯》协奏曲以及舞剧《纳木那》中的片段,都显示出如画的倾向——这在夏布里埃、德彪西、拉威尔、施米特和鲁塞尔等法国作曲家的许多不同作品中都得到进一步的强调。因此可以说,拉罗在管弦乐色彩运用方面,乃是法国音乐界年轻一辈的直接先驱。

拉罗在晚年因紧张创作,身体相当虚弱,他在写作舞剧《纳木那》的当时,就曾因体力不支而患过瘫痪病,1882年4月22日终因心脏病突发而在巴黎辞世。

October 26, 1879, Edouard Lalo's Rhapsodie Noevegienne did not receive the same kind of response as his Spanish symphony.
French composer and Edward Lalo violinist (Edouard Lalo. 1823-1892) was born on January 27, 1823, a small Spanish ancestry official family, his childhood he was from the institute of music of a violin teacher and a former local in Beethoven's command band played the cello teacher there, accepted the strict training play stringed instruments, so his initial interest is first chamber music.Rallo's desire to major in music could not be forgiven by his father. At the age of 16 (1839), he decided to leave home and went to Paris to study composition at the conservatory, but it was not long.
Little is known about this part of Lalo's life, even in the college archives, except that from the age of twenty to twenty-five, his main interest was still chamber music, and he wrote unsuccessfully reps and drawing-room songs.For a long time he lived only by teaching and playing the violin or viola with the Armingaud-Jacquard quartet, which he founded in 1853.
In 1867, after a pause of about ten years, Rallo set about writing fiske for a competition based on Schiller's theme. He neither won nor was given a chance to perform, but the author later used some of the material to rewrite other works.A few years later, Rallo turned to instrumental music with very different effects, and his Plays (1872), Spanish symphonies (1873), and several other violin concertos, Norwegian rhapsody (1881), and G Minor Symphonies (1885-1886) were warmly welcomed by audiences.Rallo, meanwhile, did not give up writing operas. His new opera, The King of Easton, was completed in 13 years from 1875 to 1887. The work went through a long and difficult period.His last unfinished opera, The Rebellion of the Zakre Peasants, was later followed up by The French composer A. Coquard (1846-1910).
The enthusiasm aroused by the Franco-Prussian War led patriotic composers, including Saint - SAN, to organize in 1871 the National Musical Society of France, which aimed at the revival of the national musical culture in France.Rallo added to French music a passion lacking in Saint-Isant, a rhythmic vitality combined with delicacy and artistry, and the innate quickness and clarity of the French character in expressing emotions, in addition to an unquenchable passion for exoticism and a strong inclination for poetic imagination.If, French composer of vader (F.C.D avid, 1810-1876) in 1844, namely before liszt began writing his series of symphonic poem, in his symphony carols "desert" in the Oriental introduced French hall, so, la rochelle is more confident to develop this kind of exotic taste, make it become one of the most notable features of French music later.His "Spanish" symphony, "Norway" rhapsody, "na wei" fantasia, "Russia" concerto and ballet "namtso lake that the fragment, all tend to show picture which in grass cloth, Debussy, ravel, schmidt, and many different works of Russell and other French composer is further emphasized.Therefore, it can be said that Rallo in the use of orchestral color, is a direct pioneer of the younger generation of French music.
At the end of his life, Rallo was nervous and weak. At the time he was writing the dance drama Namuna, he suffered from paralysis due to physical weakness and died of a heart attack in Paris on April 22, 1882.

The French cellist Edgar Moreau, who turned 21 in 2015, can already look back on a number of exceptional achievements, among them becoming the winner – at the age of just 17 – of the Second Prize in Russia’s formidable Tchaikovsky Competition, winning the Young Soloist Prize in the 2009 Rostropovich Cello Competition in Paris, and performing with such distinguished musicians as Valery Gergiev, Gidon Kremer, András Schiff, Yuri Bashmet, Krzysztof Penderecki, Gustavo Dudamel, Renaud Capuçon, Nicholas Angelich, Frank Braley, Khatia Buniatishvili, Gérard Caussé and the Talich Quartet. In 2013 his huge potential was highlighted by France’s top music awards, Les Victoires de la Musique, which named him the year’s ‘Révélation’ among young classical instrumentalists.
He released his debut album in March 2014 on Erato with pianist Pierre-Yves Hodique: Play is a collection of short pieces and brilliant encores from Popper, Paganini, Chopin, Saint-Saëns, Fauré, Dvořák, Massenet, Schubert, Poulenc and Tchaikovsky among others. His follow-up album, Giovincello, presents 18th-century cello concertos recorded with the Italian Baroque ensemble Il Pomo d'Oro.
A Parisian by birth, Edgar Moreau first realised he wanted to play the cello when he was just four years old – the instrument caught his imagination when he saw a girl having a cello lesson in an antique shop he was visiting with his father. He began lessons soon afterwards, and was giving concerts with major orchestras by the time he was 11 years old. Since the age of 13 he has been a student at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris. He has participated in masterclasses given by such cellists as Lynn Harrell, Anner Bylsma, Miklós Perényi, Gary Hoffman and David Geringas, and since October 2013 has been attending the Kronberg Academy near Frankfurt – home to the Emanuel Feuermann Conservatory, named after the legendary Ukrainian-born cellist.
When the editor of the international music website Bachtrack saw Edgar Moreau perform in Gstaad in early 2013, he had the following to say: “One always comes to a young musician’s concert with a hope that this will be that special day when you hear a performer who you are absolutely sure will be a star of the future. That hope only comes to fruition on a small number of occasions: this concert was one of them. I'm willing to take bets that nineteen year-old Parisian cellist Edgar Moreau is going to have a glittering career ... His playing is muscular and he throws himself into the music ... and Moreau has bags of stage presence, with a flexible face which can turn from smile to grimace and back in an instant but always shows deep involvement with the music ... Even at such a young age, Moreau can completely win over an audience with his big sound and no-holds-barred style. I think he's going to be a winner.”
