建于清光绪三十四年(1908)，是一座哥特式天主教堂，是黑龙江目前最大的天主教堂。其主体建筑为一座双塔型法国式教堂，青砖瓦土木的结构具有浓厚的欧式建筑艺术风格，外观与法国巴黎圣母院有相似之处，可谓是“东方巴黎圣母院”。两座塔楼中央的顶端镶嵌着红铜制成的十字架，第二层楼两塔中间处悬挂着黄铜铸造的大钟。Harbin
